An interesting trade in Rite Aid (RAD) is looming. Basically, Walgreens has committed to buying out Rite Aid at $9.00 a share by December 2016. However due to concerns about regulatory authorities disallowing the acquisition, the Rite Aid shares are trading at $8.12 and as low as $7 in August.
